How does the Practice Firm process work?

1. Practice Firm participants market, relay product information, conduct surveys, perform quality control exercises on an ongoing basis. Participants gain valuable experience enhancing their customer service skills and/or developing sales skills. Self-directed computer modules on all MS Office products further complete a participant's portfolio.

2. Practice Firm participants produce product offerings and promotional materials for the Firm's products and/or services. These materials are distributed to all Practice Firms - some in hard copy, some online. This process provides experience to graphics designers, marketing associates, and sales people.

3. Practice Firm participants earn a virtual pay cheque. This process provides experience to payroll and human resources clerks.

4. Practice Firm participants use their pay cheque to purchase products and/or services from other Practice Firms around the world. Practice Firms deal in Canadian, US, Euro, and other major currencies where Practice Firms exist. This process provides experience to purchasing agents, accounts payable/receivables associates, and accounting clerks.
